Spicy ramen is loved by many.

We’ve all probably seen the spicy ramen challenges going around on the Internet. Mike’s Mighty Good has a variety of unique, tasty ramen flavors, and we definitely understand why people love our Spicy Beef and Spicy Pork Tonkotsu flavors so much.

All of our flavors are the perfect base for added heat, whether it be sriracha, sambal, or any of your other favorite hot sauces!

We’ve been adding all types of hot sauces and pastes to our ramen broths, and making a bunch of spicy ramen recipes.

Do they make us sweat sometimes? Yes. Do our noses run? Absolutely. Is it worth every bite? No question.

#1: Spicy Korean Beef Ramen

This Korean BBQ-inspired ramen is one of our favorites, and it’s an easy recipe you can make all in one pan. Our spicy beef ramen is a crowd favorite, but for this one we used one of our newest flavors and made it spicy with chili oil and sambal!

Our non-spicy savory beef ramen has a silky, creamy broth with so much delicious, savory flavor. A chili paste and chili oil bring some extra heat to the broth for a perfect weeknight dinner or fancy weekend lunch. If you’re really looking for some heat, try it with the spicy beef cup instead and let us know how it goes!

#2: Firecracker Chicken Meatball Ramen

These are called firecracker meatballs for a reason! Our Fried Garlic Chicken ramen is a dream for garlic lovers and chicken noodle soup fans alike. Add some delicious chicken meatballs covered in a sauce made with sriracha and brown sugar (hello, sweet spicy goodness).

Finish your bowl off with a drizzle of chili oil and add some sliced Fresno chilis for extra heat. Grab the tissues and enjoy every bite of this spicy ramen bowl.

#3: Vegan Spicy Thai Peanut Ramen

Yup, we have spicy recipes for you vegetarians and vegans out there, as well!

We added peanut butter and curry powder to the broth for a crazy burst of flavor, and Thai chilis to add some serious heat.

For this bowl we used our Vegetarian Kimchi ramen which also has a slight kick of heat in its broth. Add a squeeze of lime over the whole bowl to add some acidity and really compliment that undeniably spicy flavor.

#4: Spicy Shrimp Ramen

We don’t know about you, but we LOVE a bowl of seafood ramen. Shrimp is so easy to make and adds so much decadent flavor to your homemade ramen creation.

We used our Vegetarian Kimchi ramen again for this one and we’re kind of obsessed with the savory and spicy flavors we developed here. Add some veggies and cilantro to the mix to tie all the flavors together and your weekday dinner plans are sorted!

#5: Creamy Spicy Miso Ramen

Our Savory Miso pillow pack is a pantry staple MUST. It has a perfect savory flavor that you can add just about anything to. For this recipe, we wanted to make our broth creamy and spicy so we made it happen with soy milk and gochujang.

You can use regular milk (or any other milk substitute you’d like) to give it a creamier texture. Gochujang adds the perfect color and heat to this bowl and we could eat, like, 3 of them a day. You just need a few other ingredients and you’re set to make a creamy, spicy bowl of noodles. Enjoy!

#6: Spicy Tofu Ramen

Can you handle the heat? While we’re on the topic of gochujang, check out this vegetarian recipe with spicy tofu made with a gochujang marinade and red chili flakes. Our vegetarian vegetable ramen broth has insanely rich broth that anyone and everyone will enjoy!

Crispy spicy tofu, a soft boiled egg, and your favorite veggies make for a FIRE combination. This might just become your favorite way to eat our vegetarian vegetable ramen – sorry not sorry.

#7: Spicy Kimchi Noodles

This one is much more subtle with the heat but a perfect way to enjoy your favorite ramen during the warmer months! Use the entire kimchi ramen pillow pack to make noodles with a sweet and spicy sauce!

Super quick, easy, and delicious. If it’s not hot enough for your taste, add some sriracha or sambal for a real kick.
