Gochujang Chicken Kimchi Ramen Bowl

This chicken is a little spicy, a little sweet, and super easy to make. All you have to do is coat chicken breast in gochujang and bake at 425 for 12 minutes.

To prep the toppings, chop green onions and steam mushrooms. Then, cook a pack of Mike's Mighty Good kimchi ramen according to the instructions.

Transfer ramen to a bowl and add sliced chicken breast, mushrooms, and green onions, plus a dollop of extra gochujang if you want a little extra spice.
