Kimchi Dumpling Ramen

This one-pot kimchi dumpling ramen packs spicy Korean flavors into one big bowl of noodles. This recipe is so easy and only requires one pot, which means cleanup is a breeze.

This kimchi dumpling ramen is perfect for a cozy night in. Frozen dumplings are one of our favorite ramen toppings to keep on hand. It’s so easy to pop them into your bowl of ramen and doesn’t take any additional time to cook!

Kimchi Dumpling Ramen

Vegetarian kimchi ramen is the base of this bowl. This mighty good ramen flavor is perfectly spicy with a touch of sweetness. Start off this recipe by cooking kimchi, gochujang, and gochugaru for about a minute until fragrant.

And water and bring to a boil. Then add ramen and frozen dumplings, cooking until the noodles are soft and the dumplings are warmed all the way through. To make this recipe a vegetarian ramen, use veggie dumplings and make sure your kimchi doesn't have fish in it.

Garnish with fresh kimchi and green onions, and voila! Dinner is served.
