Korean cold noodles are ideal for warmer weather when it's too hot for a steaming bowl of broth. But we are bringing the heat with some chili flakes and gochujang in this spicy cold noodle recipe. Plus, there's a secret ingredient in the sauce.
We're using Mike's Mighty Good vegetarian kimchi ramen for this recipe. Instead of cooking the noodles and adding the flavor packets to the water, you're going to drain the water and rinse the cooked noodles under cold water.
Prepare your sauce using the ingredients in the recipe below and mix with the cold noodles. Top with shredded cucumbers, a perfect Onsen egg, and sesame seeds.
