Inspired by Emily Mariko's TikTok famous salmon rice bowl, this is Mike's Mighty Good's take, but using noodles, of course. And no ice necessary.
These noodles are creamy, spicy, and umami with a touch of sweetness. If you're using leftover salmon, this recipe comes together in barely any time at all.

You don't need the flavor packets for this recipe, but feel free to add them in for a boost of extra savory flavor.
Japanese mayo makes this dish pop, and if you can't find Kewpie in stores, make your own using our recipe.
Once you add your condiments in, make sure you mix it all up super well to make these noodles extra creamy. Feel free to toss some veggies in or eat this with a side salads to get your greens in.

3. Bacon & Egg Breakfast Ramen
We love this take on Emily Mariko's beloved salmon bowl.
In Mike's fashion, we use noodles instead of rice. This dish is creamy, spicy, and significantly levels up your noodle game.
1 pack MMG ramen (any packet)
¼ lb salmon
Boil water and add in the ramen noodles to cook. Once they are cooked, strain and set aside.
In another pan, add olive oil and salmon and cook until the salmon is cooked through. Once the salmon is cooked, set aside.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to a bowl and put the cooked salmon on top.
Add sriracha and kewpie mayo (to your liking) and mix.
