Spicy Vegetarian Edamame Ramen

- 1/2 cup edamame, steamed
1/4 cup sautéed spinach
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 1 tbs olive oil
1 tbsp red chili paste
White sesame seeds
Sauté spinach and mushrooms in olive oil for 3-5 min, add salt & pepper for flavor.
Boil edamame, add salt.
Prepare Mikes Mighty Vegetarian Vegetable Ramen Cup.
Assemble bowl; edamame, spinach, soft boiled egg, mushrooms, chili paste, white sesame seeds.
