We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacement product on a case-by-case basis. Requirements for any replacement request are: product name, Best By Date, order number, and photos of product and packaging. Thank you for joining us on our ramen mission and for your help bringing you the best possible product!

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
