We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacement product on a case-by-case basis. Requirements for any replacement request are: product name, Best By Date, order number, and photos of product and packaging. Most orders will ship out within 2 business days. Some orders may take longer to fill due to circumstances beyond our control. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
