  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Soup
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 radish
  • 1 baby bok choy
  • 1 handful green onions ( chopped )

This Recipe Includes Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Miso Ramen


  1. In a saucepan, add the egg and add water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to a boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run the hot egg under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside.
  2. Prep the bok choy and radish by rinsing them thoroughly. Slice the radish into thin pieces and set aside. Then cut the bok choy in half lengthwise and set aside.
  3. Heat up a frying pan on medium high heat and then cook the bacon until crisp. Chop up the bacon strips into smaller pieces.
  4. While the bacon is cooking, start on your ramen. Simply add 1 3/4 cups water to a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, add dried ramen, and boil for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, add in bok choy to cook until leaves begin to wilt.
  6. Remove ramen from heat, transfer to a bowl and top it off with the bacon, egg, green onions, radishes, and bok choy. Enjoy!
