Beef Dumpling Ramen Recipe


Who says making dumplings at home has to be hard? We have a simple recipe for you and it is great to top it on a nice hearty bowl of ramen. Add dumpling making to your cooking skills and bring comfort to your home with this delicious dish!


  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pac
  • 4 oz ground beef
  • 5 tbsp finely chopped scallions
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 4 tsp Togarashi
  • red chili slices
  • Steamed bok choy

  1. Mix together the ground beef, 1 tbsp of scallions, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper into a bowl until it forms a paste.
  2. Place 1/2 tbsp of mixture in the middle of the wonton wrapper and fold the wonton skin in half.
  3. Seal the edges with a drop of water or egg wash.
  4. Bring the bottom corners together, overlapping one on top of the other and seal them with a drop of water.
  5. Bring water in a pot to boil for the wontons.
  6. Once boiling, stir the water and then add the wontons a few at a time so not to crowd them.
  7. Continue stirring so that the wontons do not stick to the pot.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes or until wontons are translucent.
  9. Cook Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pack according to package instructions.
  10. Assemble each bowl with 4 wontons, steamed bok choy, red chilis, sprinkle the Togarashi on top and drizzle the chili oil over the wontons.
  11. ENJOY!!
