We took our Fried Garlic Chicken ramen with organic noodles and topped it to perfection with gyoza, mushrooms, soft-boiled egg and spinach. This flavorful cup ramen will have you gyoza-ing crazy for it again and again. We know... Mind. Blown.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup cremini mushrooms ( sliced )
  • 1 egg
  • 4 chicken and veggie gyoza

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping the veggies. Wash the spinach, slice the mushrooms, and set both aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the egg and water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside. *note: if you want a soy egg, simply soak the unsliced egg in soy sauce as you prep the rest of the dish. Drain before adding to the ramen.
