A super easy meal for two that will be sure to impress. Shrimps cook in Mike's Mighty Good coconut milk lemongrass broth to make at-home ramen that is truly bursting with flavor!


  • 2 Mike's Mighty Good coconut milk lemongrass ramen cup
  • 3-5 jumbo shrimp ( shell on )
  • radish ( sliced )
  • daikon ( sliced )
  • lime slices
  • green onion ( chopped )
  • black sesame seeds ( garnish )

This Recipe Includes Mike's Mighty Good Limited Edition Vegetarian Coconut Milk Lemongrass Ramen


  1. Cook noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add in flavor & oil packets. Cook shrimp in broth for 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer broth to two bowls and add noodles.
  4. Assemble bowls: add shrimp, radish, daikon, lime, green onion, and black sesame seeds.
  5. Enjoy!
