Firecracker Chicken Meatball Ramen

Meatballs and ramen are a match made in heaven. We added plenty of spiciness in this recipe to complement our creamy fried garlic chicken ramen noodles.

Meatballs are way easier to make than you'd expect, and they make for a flavorful and juicy way to get some tasty protein in. Plus, we're making a perfect ramen egg to top off this bowl.

Firecracker Chicken Meatball Ramen

Combine ground chicken, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, Panko breadcrumbs, and 2 eggs. Roll into balls and bake for 8-10 minutes.

While the meatballs are baking, make a sauce with sriracha, brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice. Add to the meatballs and bake for another 2 minutes.
