  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbs canola oil
  • 3 tbs Gochujang paste
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/2 thai red chilies
  • black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dredge chicken breast in butter milk and dip in flour and panko
