Ingredients
- 1 Mike's Mighty Good Pork Tonkatsu Ramen Soup
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 stalks bok choy ( chopped )
- 2 stalks green onion ( chopped )
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 soft boiled egg
- cilantro ( garnish )
- red chili flakes ( garnish )
- furikake ( garnish )

Instructions
- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook pork until it is browned and there's no pink left.
- In a pot over high heat, add a cup of water, oil & flavor packet. Stir in ginger, white parts of the bok choy, 1 chopped green onion, and sriracha.
- Bring to a low boil and add in noodles and cooked pork. Once noodles are cooked through, turn off heat and stir in green parts of bok choy until wilted.
