  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 stalks bok choy ( chopped )
  • 2 stalks green onion ( chopped )
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • cilantro ( garnish )
  • red chili flakes ( garnish )
  • furikake ( garnish )

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook pork until it is browned and there's no pink left.
  2. In a pot over high heat, add a cup of water, oil & flavor packet. Stir in ginger, white parts of the bok choy, 1 chopped green onion, and sriracha.
  3. Bring to a low boil and add in noodles and cooked pork. Once noodles are cooked through, turn off heat and stir in green parts of bok choy until wilted.
