We made this California-style Kimchi ramen bowl with everything you need to get glowed-up and feeling great. This is a warming, comforting Vegetarian Kimchi Soup topped with a soft-boiled egg, microgreens, kimchi, avocado, cilantro, and black sesame seeds


  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup Pillow Pack
  • 1/4 avoocado ( sliced )
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons kimchi
  • 1 small handful microgreens
  • a dash of black sesame seeds

  1. In a saucepan, add the egg and add water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to a boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run the hot egg under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside.
  2. Cook ramen according to package instructions.
  3. While noodles are cooking, prep your vegetables. Slice the avocado lengthwise.
  4. Top off your ramen with the microgreens, avocado, cilantro leaves, kimchi, egg, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
