  • 1/4 cup chopped kimchi
  • 1/4 cup chopped kimchi
  • 1 egg, soft boiled
  • 1/3 cup seaweed
  • 1 shiitake mushroom, sliced
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • black sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetarian kimchi pillow pack ramen

  1. Saute cubed tofu in olive oil on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Saute sliced mushrooms in soy sauce until browned or 1 minute.
  3. Prepare 1 vegetarian kimchi ramen pillow pack according to instructions.
