Kimchi Ramen Noodle Bowl

  • 1package Mike’s Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen Soup
  • 1 3/4cups water
  • 1/4cup enoki mushroomstrimmed
  • 1/2cup shiitake mushroomssliced
  • 1oz frech cubed tofu
  • 1/4cup carrotssliced
  • 1/4cup prepared kimchi
  • 1tablespoon green onionchopped, for topping
  1. Bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. Add dried ramen and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tofu and vegetables. Cook for 1- 2 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Remove from heat, add contents of flavor and oil packets to pot. Stir.
  4. Transfer to bowl and top with kimchi & green onion and favorite toppings. Enjoy.
