Kimchi & Dumpling Tofu Ramen

Dumplings are always, always, always the right choice. These vegetarian kimchi & tofu dumplings are super easy to make and the perfect addition to our kimchi ramen! Grab some extra ramen toppings, get comfy, and enjoy this bowl of goodness.

Kimchi & Dumpling Tofu Ramen

To make these dumplings super fragrant and flavorful, we're starting by cooking shallots, garlic, scallions, and ginger with grated carrots.

It's ideal to drain and press your tofu to get all the excess liquid out. Then, crumble the tofu into a bowl and add in the carrot mixture, chopped kimchi, sesame oil, salt, coriander, and soy sauce. Mix until evenly combined.

Fill dumpling wrappers, sealing well, and cook until golden brown, finishing the cooking process by steaming the dumplings in a little water. Scroll down for the full recipe.
