Description

Craving Korean fried chicken wings but want to be a little healthier? This baked version is everything you're looking for. Enjoy these wings as an appetizer or go the extra mile and add some to our fried garlic chicken ramen!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic ( minced )
  • 2 tbsp onion ( chopped )
  • 1 tbsp ginger ( minced )
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • sliced green onion ( garnish )
  • white sesame seeds ( garnish )
  • 1 unit Mike's Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken Ramen Pillow Pack
  • corn
  • kimchi
  • 1 tbsp chili oil

Instructions

  1. Combine gochujang, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, onion, ginger, salt & pepper to make marinade.
  2. Cover chicken wings in the marinade and marinate 2-24 hours.
  3. Put marinated wings on a non-stick baking sheet. Drizzle extra marinade over the wings.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Flip wings over and bake 15 more minutes.
  5. Garnish wings with green onion and sesame seeds. Eat as an appetizer or put on ramen!
  6. Prepare one pack Mike's Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken Ramen Pillow Pack according to package instructions. Assemble bowl: Add baked wings, corn, green onion, kimchi and chili oil.
  7. Enjoy!
