Mongolian Beef Noodle Stir Fry


A concept: making a stir fry using our entire ramen cup! Use the seasoning packet and oil to help make a sauce, and let those steamed noodles do the delicious work for you. Add in some juicy beef and veggies for a truly amazing Mongolian-style stir fry.


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb sirloin steak ( cut against the grain )
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame ( oil )
  • 3 cloves garlic ( minced )
  • 1 tsp ginger ( minced )
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 head broccoli ( cut into florets )
  • 1 carrot ( peeled and cut into sticks )
  • chopped green onion ( sliced )
  • white sesame seeds ( garnish )
  • 2 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen Noodle Cup
  • 1 cup hot water

  1. Cook noodles from Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen Noodle Cups. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix flavor packets with hot water to make broth.
  3. Put cornstarch on beef. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add beef and cook about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to pan. Cook until fragrant then add soy sauce, brown sugar, and broth. Simmer until sauce is thickened.
  5. Add broccoli and carrots to pan and cover with a lid. Steam veggies for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove lid. Add in cooked beef and mix until coated in sauce. Add cooked ramen noodles and green onion.
  7. Garnish with more green onion and white sesame seeds.
  8. Enjoy!
