Leftover rotisserie chicken? Slice it up and add it to our rich fried garlic chicken ramen with some veggies and jalapenos for a kick! This recipe is easy, customizable, and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.


  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken Ramen Pillow Pack
  • 1 rotisserie chicken breast ( sliced )
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms ( sliced )
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small carrot ( cut into matchsticks )
  • 2 stalks green onion ( chopped )
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup radish ( sliced )
  • 1 tbsp cilantro ( garnish )
  • jalapeno ( sliced )
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • furikake ( garnish )

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms in oil. Add in carrots and 1 stalk chopped green onion and saute.
  2. Add 1 3/4 cup water to the pot. Stir in flavor packet and oil packet. Bring to a boil and add in noodles.
  3. Once noodles are cooked through, turn off the heat and add baby spinach to the pot. Let it wilt in the broth and then transfer ramen to a bowl.
  4. Assemble bowl: add chopped green onion, sliced chicken, radish, cilantro, jalapeno, soft boiled egg, and furikake.
  5. Enjoy!
