Our soft, chewy organic ramen noodles and rich miso broth topped off with salmon, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy will have you swimming with joy!


  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bok choy
  • 1 tbsp green onions ( chopped )
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms ( sliced )
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  1. Bring water to cover egg by 1 inch to a boil. Then add the egg and cook for 6.5 minutes.
  2. Bring 1 3/4 cup water to boil. Then add the noodles and salmon. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add the flavor & oil packet. Then add the bok choy and let it cook in the broth for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with the egg, bok choy, green onions, shiitake mushrooms and sesame seeds.
