Ingredients
- 1 package Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Soup
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 3-4 slices pork tenderloin ( 1/4" thick )
- 1/4 cup enoki mushrooms ( sliced )
- 1/2 cup Chinese or napa cabbage
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon green onion ( sliced )
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame or soy oil
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- soy sauce

Instructions
- In a saucepan, saute minced garlic in oil until slightly brown. Set aside for topping.
- Refill saucepan with 1 3/4 cups water. Add sliced pork. Bring to boil, then, reduce to a simmer.
- Cover and allow the pork to cook around 3-4 minutes (depending on the size of the pork) or until the insides are no longer pink.
- Remove cooked pork and set aside.
- Bring water to a boil. Add dried ramen and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
- Remove from heat, stir in flavor and oil. Add cooked pork.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with fried garlic, green onion, and favorite toppings. Enjoy.
