Savory Miso Ramen Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1package Mike’s Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Soup
  • 1 3/4cups water
  • 3-4slices pork tenderloin1/4″ thick
  • 1/4cup enoki mushroomssliced
  • 1/2cup chinese or napa cabbage
  • 1/4cup bean sprouts
  • 1tablespoon green onionsliced
  • 1/2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1tablespoon sesame or soy oil
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • soy sauce
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, saute minced garlic in oil until slightly brown. Set aside for topping.
  2. Refill saucepan with 1 3/4 cups water. Add sliced pork. Bring to boil, then, reduce to a simmer.
  3. Cover and allow the pork to cook around 3-4 minutes (depending on the size of the pork) or until the insides are no longer pink.
  4. Remove cooked pork and set aside.
  5. Bring water to a boil. Add dried ramen and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Add vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in flavor and oil. Add cooked pork.
  8. Transfer to a bowl and top with fried garlic, green onion, and favorite toppings. Enjoy.
