Ingredients

  • 1 package Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Soup
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 small bacon strips
  • 2 Brussels sprouts ( finely chopped )
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Add water to a pot to cover the egg by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer. Cook the egg for 6 1/2 min. Then run the egg under cold water for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Cook bacon strips on medium-high heat until crispy (4-5 minutes).
  3. Prepare 1 Savory Miso Pillow Pack according to instructions.
  4. Assemble bowl by placing the mushrooms in the broth, then bacon, brussel sprouts, egg and green onions.
