  • 1 Vital Farm's egg
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 ounce pork
  • 1 handful carrots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions
  1. Start by prepping the veggies. Wash the spinach, chop up the green onions, and shred the carrots.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the egg and water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside.
  3. Grab a frying pan, add a bit of oil and heat it at medium high heat. Cook the pork meat thoroughly and season it with a dash of salt and pepper. Then take the cooked pork and use a fork to shred it.
  4. Start making your ramen! Bring 1 3/4 cups water to boil. Add dried ramen. Boil for 2 minutes. Add in the vegetables for the last 30 seconds-1 minute to the pot.
  5. Remove pot from heat, stir in flavor packet and oil. Top it off with your veggies, pork meat and perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs. Enjoy!
