Shredded Pork Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen Bowl
Grab your Spicy Pork Tonkotsu craft instant ramen pack and most-importantly a glass of beer. Kick back and relax with some craft beer and our craft ramen. It's about to become your weekend staple enough said.
Start by prepping the veggies. Wash the spinach, chop up the green onions, and shred the carrots.
In a small saucepan, add the egg and water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside.
Grab a frying pan, add a bit of oil and heat it at medium high heat. Cook the pork meat thoroughly and season it with a dash of salt and pepper. Then take the cooked pork and use a fork to shred it.
Start making your ramen! Bring 1 3/4 cups water to boil. Add dried ramen. Boil for 2 minutes. Add in the vegetables for the last 30 seconds-1 minute to the pot.
Remove pot from heat, stir in flavor packet and oil. Top it off with your veggies, pork meat and perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs. Enjoy!
