If you have a big appetite we have just the ramen recipe for you. Not only are we adding delicous shrimp but also shrimp kimchi dumplings! This entire ramen bowl is a party in itself and every topping will be satisfying alone or together.


  • 6 jumbo shrimp
  • 2 Round Dumpling Wrappers
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tbs ground ginger
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 1 tbs kimchi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tbs corn
  • 1 tbs nori
  • Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup Pillow Pack

  1. Prepare dumpling filling by grinding shrimp, kimchi, ginger and green onions. Add salt & pepper for flavor
  2. Add shrimp filling to dumpling wrapper, wet edges and fold in half pressing edges tightly to close together
  3. Sauté jumbo shrimp in pepper, salt and paprika over olive oil. Cook evenly for 3-5min
  4. Pan fry dumplings until golden brown on both sides, approx. 5-7 min on med-high heat
  5. Prepare Mikes Mighty good Kimchi Ramen Pillow Pack according to instructions
  6. Assemble bowl; Shrimp, dumpling, soft-boiled egg, nori, corn, green onions
  7. Enjoy!
