  • 3-4 jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 bok choy, steamed
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 red chili pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • togarashi, garnish

  1. Dredge shrimp in egg, then coat evenly in flour and panko
  2. Heat olive oil and add shrimp, deep fry until the shrimp is golden brown evenly on all sides
  3. Steam bok choy
