  • 4 jumbo shrimps
  • 3 wonton wrappers
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbs green onions
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp chili oil

  1. Finely dice shrimp and mix with black pepper, ginger, salt, and green onions for shrimp filling
  2. Wet edges of wonton, add shrimp filling, fold wonton in half, and bring corners together
  3. Boil wontons on med-high heat until they surface
