  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen Noodle Cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic ( thinly sliced )
  • 1 head baby bok choy
  • 1-2 ounces thinly sliced beef ( about 1/4 inch thick )
  • 1/4 cup green onion ( sliced )

  1. In a small saucepan, add the egg and water to cover by 1 inch. Bring water to a boil and cook egg for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water, run the hot egg under cold water, shell the egg, slice in half lengthwise, and set aside. ** optional: for an egg soaked in soy sauce, let sit in the soy for 4-6 hours or overnight before slicing in half.
  2. Next, cook the Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen cup according to package instructions. Set aside covered after adding boiling water or microwaving to let the noodles cook while you prep the remaining toppings.
  3. In a saucepan, saute the garlic slices until slightly brown. Set aside, then add the sliced beef. Cook on medium for about 90 seconds on each side or until golden brown, then set aside.
  4. You're now ready to top off your ramen bowl! Simply add the your ingredients and the green onion into the cup or pour the ramen into a large bowl before topping if you'd prefer a more classic setting. Enjoy!
