Ingredients
- 3 soft boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup shallots
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs thai fish sauce
- 1 red chili, sliced
- chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté shallots in vegetable oil for 4-5 min until brown and crispy
- Peel soft-boiled eggs and cook in olive oil until golden brown
- Slice eggs in half and place in a plate
- Drizzle eggs with Thai fish sauce, shallots, cilantro, red chili peppers slices
- Enjoy!
