Description

We love veggies in our ramen, but sometimes they need that extra kick. Chili roasted brussel sprouts are the perfect addition to our decadent savory beef ramen and we cannot get enough!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts ( halved )
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen Pillow Pack
  • 1 stalk green onion ( chopped )
  • 1/4 cup kimchi
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • red chili flakes ( garnish )
  • black sesame seeds ( garnish )

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with chili paste.
  2. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, making sure the flat side is against the sheet so they get crispy. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Prepare Savory Beef Ramen according to package instructions. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Assemble bowl: add green onion, Brussels sprouts, kimchi, soft boiled egg, chili flakes, and black sesame.
  5. Enjoy!
