Spicy Beef Gyoza Ramen

  • Round Dumpling Wrappers
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup green onions ( chopped )
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms ( minced )
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen cup
  • 1/4 cup green onions ( sliced )
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms ( Sliced )
  • 1/4 cup nori
  • black sesame seeds

  1. To make gyoza filling: mix together ground beef, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the filling on a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the dumpling wrapper.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan and fry gyoza for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cook Mike's Mighty Good Ramen cup according to package instructions.
  5. Soak shiitake mushrooms in a bowl of water until they are soft.
  6. Heat up oil in a pan on medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the gyoza and cook for 3 minutes or until the bottom of the gyoza is brown. Add in 1.4 cups of water and steam the gyoza for another 3 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
  7. Top your ramen with gyoza, mushrooms, green onions, nori, and sesame seeds.
  8. Enjoy!
