Spicy Harissa Salmon Miso Ramen Bowl

  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Mina's Spicy Harissa
  • 1 egg yolk
  • green onions ( chopped )
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Start by patting dry the salmon fillet. Season it with salt and pepper and smear on the Harissa sauce on both sides.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick skillet pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is heated, cook the salmon, skin side up, until golden and crisp--about 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen according to package instructions.
  4. Chop up green onions.
  5. Transfer ramen to a bowl and top off with salmon, egg yolk and garnish with green onions.
