Spicy Shrimp Ramen


We love adding seafood to our ramen--why not add some extra kick?! Spicy glazed shrimps complement our kimchi ramen flavor perfectly. Add some veggies and cilantro to the mix to tie all the flavors together and your weekday dinner plans are sorted!


  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper ( to taste )
  • red chili flakes ( to taste )
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 red bell pepper ( sliced )
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup Pillow Pack
  • cabbage ( chopped and steamed )
  • chopped cilantro ( garnish )
  • furikake ( garnish )
  • 1 soft boiled egg

  1. In a bowl, combine sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and season with salt & pepper and red chili flakes to taste. Add shrimp to the bowl and coat them.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, add the shrimp and extra marinade. Cook a few minutes until shrimps are cooked through.
  3. Saute red bell peppers in vegetable oil.
  4. Cook Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen according to package instructions. Transfer to a bowl.
  5. Add toppings to bowl: steamed cabbage, shrimp, bell pepper, chopped cilantro, soft-boiled egg, and furikake.
  6. Enjoy!
