Spicy Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen Bowl
We LOVE this easy ramen noodle recipe, comforting spicy instant ramen that's 100% plant-based, yet totally decadent and takes only 10 minutes! We used our Kimchi Ramen Pillow Pack made with organic noodles that's packed with flavor and topped it with greens, tofu, mushrooms, and kimchi. De-Lish!

Instructions
  1. Start by prepping your tofu cubes. Simply take your sliced tofu and saute it in a pan with your sesame oil for 5-8 minutes, or until slightly browned on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. Add dried ramen and boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the shitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms to the saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat. Add contents of flavor and oil packets to pot. Stir.
  5. Transfer ramen to a bowl. Top with the kimchi, tofu, and green onions and enjoy!
