Sriracha Glazed Shrimp Ramen


Shrimp with a sweet and spicy glaze go perfectly with our kimchi ramen. Add some tasty, fresh veggies and you have a great dinner ready in about 10 minutes!


  • 1/2 cup white rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 cup large shrimp ( tail on )
  • green onion ( chopped )
  • red bell pepper ( chopped )
  • black sesame seeds ( garnish )
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup Pillow Pack

  1. In a small bowl, mix together white rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sriracha to make sauce.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook shrimp 1 minute on each side. Add sauce to the pan and simmer to reduce to a glaze. Coat shrimp in the glaze.
  3. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble bowl: add bell pepper, green onion, glazed shrimp, and black sesame seeds.
  5. Enjoy!
