Stuffed Mushroom Ramen


Mushrooms are a classic ramen topping, so why not take it to the next level and fill 'em up?! These stuffed mushrooms are great as an appetizer or added to a bowl of ramen for added savory flavor.


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms ( chopped )
  • 1/4 cup carrot ( shredded )
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion ( plus more for garnish )
  • 1 tbsp garlic ( minced )
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • button mushrooms
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pack
  • chili oil
  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds ( plus more for garnish )
  • corn
  • kimchi

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add shiitake mushrooms, carrot, green onion, soy sauce, and garlic and saute.
  2. Add in panko bread crumbs and white sesame seeds, stir to combine and cook filling.
  3. Hollow out button mushrooms and scoop in prepared filling. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Once baked, garnish with chili oil and sesame seeds.
  4. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pack according to package instructions. Transfer to bowl and add stuffed mushrooms, kimchi, corn, and sliced green onion. Drizzle with chili oil.
  5. Enjoy!
