  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic ( minced )
  • 1 tsp ginger ( minced )
  • 1 tsp hot Chinese mustard
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb Flank steak ( sliced against the grain )
  • baby spinach ( sauteed )
  • sliced mushrooms ( sauteed )
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • furikake seasoning
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen Pillow Pack

  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, crushed red pepper, garlic, ginger, and hot Chinese mustard in a bowl.
  2. Heat sesame oil on medium-high heat and cook beef about 2 minutes each side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the sauce. Simmer until it becomes a thickened glaze. Coat the beef in the glaze.
  4. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen Pillow Pack according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble bowl: add sauteed spinach and mushrooms and glazed beef strips. Garnish with a soft boiled egg and furikake seasoning.
