Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 broccolini stems
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • soy sauce
  • 1 Miso Ramen Pillow Pack

Instructions

  1. Slice sweet potato into ½” rounds, place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes
  2. Saute mushrooms in soy sauce for 1-2 minutes
