Tsukemen Dipping Ramen
Description
Have you tried this traditional method of eating ramen noodles? Typically the broth takes hours or days to make, but with our rich and flavorful broth, it only took a few minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
- 1 Mike's Mighty Good Chicken Ramen Cup
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic ( minced )
- 1 shallot ( chopped )
- 1 tbsp ginger ( minced )
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp dark miso paste
- green onion ( sliced )
- bonito flakes ( garnish )
- white sesame seeds ( garnish )
This Recipe Includes Mike's Mighty Good Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup Cup
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic, ginger, and shallot and sautee until fragrant. Stir in dark miso paste.
- Add one cup of water and the seasoning packet from Mike's Mighty Good Chicken Ramen Cup. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the liquid into a bowl of container and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cook noodles. Drain and set aside.
- Ladle refrigerated broth into a bowl. Garnish with green onions, bonito flakes, and white sesame seeds.
- Add your noodles to a separate bowl or plate. Dip noodles into broth and slurp away.
- Enjoy!
