We added all the toppings to this bowl to complement our BRAND NEW vegetarian miso ramen! Mushrooms, bok choy, and tofu make up your new favorite vegan ramen meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Miso Ramen Cup
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 block extra firm tofu ( drained and cubed )
  • baby bok choy
  • 1 tbsp furikake ( garnish )

This Recipe Includes Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Miso Ramen

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sautee mushrooms.
  2. Remove mushrooms from pan and sautee baby bok choy in remaining oil.
  3. Add vegetable oil to pan and sautee tofu until each cube is golden on all sides.
  4. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Miso Ramen Cup according to package instructions.
  5. Transfer ramen to a bowl and add tofu, bok choy, mushrooms, and furikake.
  6. Enjoy!
