  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 lime cut in quarters
  • 3 thai chilis
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, garnish
  • 1 tbs peanuts
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup Pillow Pack

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms with black pepper for 3-5 min
