  • cup ¼chopped white cabbage
  • cup ¼minced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dark miso paste
  • cup ⅓chopped scallions
  • Sliced Jalapeno
  • Dumpling wrappers
  • sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili oil
  • 1 Vegetarian Vegetable Ramen cup

  1. In a bowl mix together cabbage, carrots, garlic, miso paste.
  2. Fill each dumpling wrapper with ½ tsp of cabbage filling.
  3. Wet ends of wrappers to seal and shape as desired.
  4. Prepare 1 Vegetarian Vegetable Ramen Cup.
  5. Saute veggie dumplings in a pan on high heat with sesame oil, lower head after initial browning.
  6. Assemble bowl by placing the dumplings, sliced jalapenos, scallions and black sesame seeds.
