No need to go out for brunch this weekend! This recipe is so easy and will be sure to wow your brunch crowd. Bacon and eggs are a classic combination that work perfectly with our pork tonkotsu ramen!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook chopped bacon until crispy. Drain some of the drippings and use the rest to sautee 2 handfuls of baby spinach.
  2. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Pork Tonkotsu Ramen Pillow Pack according to package instructions.
  3. Transfer ramen to a bowl and add sauteed spinach, bacon, soft boiled egg, green onion, and fried shallots.
  4. Enjoy!
