Spring Rolls
Here's a new idea - spring rolls made with ramen. This is delicious and also perfect to pack for lunch or serve as an appetizer at a party. We made this with our Savory Beef Ramen Soup pillow pack but you can make it with any of your favorite flavors.

This spring roll ramen is a game changer. It can be made with our Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen Pillow Pack or any of your favorite flavors.
Ingredients

2 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen packs
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro
4 rice paper wrappers
Directions
Cook Mike's Mighty Good ramen. Once cooked, drain most of the water, leaving 4 tbsp os ramen water. Add soup baseand seasoning oil. Mix until fully incorperated. Set aside. Slice all vegetables, set aside. On a wide andshallow plate, add cold water. Fully submerge ricewrap in water for 3 seconds. Gently move onto flatsurface. Add cilantro, red peppers, cucumbers and ramen in the middle of the rice wrapper. Fold thebottom and top into the middle of the roll, then take one side, fold over and roll until its fully closed up.Serve with preferred sauce
