Ramen and cheese are an unlikely pairing, but oh man are they fantastic together. We first shared our Spicy Cheesy Ramen recipe with you and you all were obsessed! We pair this with any of our 4 vegan instant ramen cups and pillow packs for a ridiculously great meal, anytime. Try it with vegan cheese and sriracha for the win.
Cook Time: 7 minutes
1/2 cup of any plant-based milk alternative
2 slices of vegan cheese
2 tbsp vegan sriracha
Cook ramen according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain water. In a pan, add milk alternative, vegan cheese and vegan sriracha. Let it come to a boil and ramen noodles. Mix. Serve with chili flakes on top.
