At Mike’s Mighty Good, we’ve never played by the rules of typical instant ramen. From day one, we’ve done things differently—starting with better ingredients and a commitment to real food that actually tastes like something you'd be served at your favorite ramen bar.

Now, we’ve taken things one step further.

We’re introducing an upgrade to our organic noodles—and we think you’re going to love them. They cook faster. They have more body. They fill the cup better. And they still have everything you love about our ramen.

Why the change?

Because good enough isn’t good enough.

We’ve been listening to your feedback over the years—especially about our ramen cups. You wanted noodles that cook more quickly and feel more substantial in the bowl. We heard you.

So we went back to the kitchen, got to work, and made it happen.

The result? A noodle that still has that chewy, ramen shop-style bite—but now cooks in about four minutes and brings more volume to your bowl. These noodles have more structure and fill the cup more fully, making for a heartier and more satisfying experience. While the net weight hasn’t changed, the fuller-bodied shape of these new noodles makes it feel like you’re getting more in every bite. And honestly, you are.

Most instant noodles get their quick-cook time by being flash-fried in oil. That process creates air pockets in the noodles, which is what makes them cook so fast. But it also loads them up with unnecessary fats, and it’s why many leading brands include palm oil in their ingredients.

We’ve always done things differently.

Our noodles are steamed, not fried—just like they are at the best ramen shops. That process keeps them clean, organic, and free from palm oil. But until now, it also meant they took a little longer to cook.

That’s what we just changed.

We found a way to preserve everything you love about our noodles—steamed preparation, clean ingredients, amazing texture—and make them cook just as fast as traditional instant ramen. No frying. No shortcuts. Just better technique.

In other words: we’ve cracked the code. Our noodles are now as fast as the big guys, but without the junk.

We didn’t touch the broth. The soul of our ramen—those rich, bold, ridiculously good flavors you know and love—remains exactly the same.
